  • For larger events (typically 200+ guests) we recommend additional Voast booths to ensure everyone gets a chance to be interviewed.

  • Weekend: Arrives Thursday - Return By Monday [3 Full Days]

    Full Week: Full Week: Arrives Thursday before your event – Return by the Monday after next [For up to 10 full days of use]
    *The Full Week option is also great for events that fall on a weekday.

    Yes, all Voast rentals arrive on a Thursday! Why? Booths are tested, packed, and shipped by hand every Monday in our Seattle office. While they often arrive ahead of schedule, we guarantee delivery by EOD Thursday.

  • The "PRO" edit service is designed for special media needs and more customization.

    It features:

    ✓ Up to 20 hours of pro editing work

    ✓ Direct communication with a senior Voast editor.

    ✓ Ability to make custom editing requests at any time

    ✓ Enables inclusion of custom branding and/ or soundtracks

  • Yes! as of 2025 all Voast rentals come standard with the option for users to snap a photo of themselves as well. They’ll get three consecutive shots and can send themselves a link to their phone.
